Rebekah Wanner
My passion for making art is born out of the limitless inspiration one can find in nature. Those breathless views fill me with a sense of God’s wonder and glory like nothing else and, while no painted attempt could match the original, I find fulfillment in recording pieces of that beauty to carry along and share wherever I go.
I fell in love with oil paint when I was first introduced to it in 2017 and I’ve never looked back since! I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts in May of 2022 with the highest honors from Lander University of South Carolina. Throughout the years, I’ve trained in figure drawing, landscapes, ceramics, and portraiture, among countless other mediums. I’m so grateful to have had publications in galleries, magazines, newspapers, and journals throughout the Carolinas in recognition of my work along the way.
I currently live in coastal North Carolina and focus on painted landscapes with my own imagery sourced from all over the United States. I hope you enjoy exploring my work, and I’d love to hear from you if you’d like to connect!
