Vernon I. Powell
Vernon was in Newport News Shipbuilding at Drydock Apprentice School and served in the USMC for seven years. He was on the Design Team of the Naval Surface Warfare Center. He is currently retired and enjoys carving, hunting and fishing. He has been an accomplished wood carver for 20 years.
